Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Scope
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via our websites between Anastasia Ushakova, trading as The Launchpad Club, Schwartzkopffstraße, 10115 Berlin, Germany, email hello@thelaunchpadclub.com ("we", "us") and our customers ("you").
1.2 A "consumer" is any natural person who concludes a contract for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (§ 13 BGB). A "business customer" is a natural or legal person acting in the exercise of their trade, business or profession (§ 14 BGB).
1.3 Deviating terms of the customer do not apply unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
1.4 The contract language is English.
2. Our offer
2.1 The Launchpad Club is a 90-day implementation program for building, launching and selling digital products. Unless the sales page states otherwise at the time of purchase, it includes:
a) an online curriculum (digital content);
b) six live group video calls ("Power Hours") over the 90-day program, usually two per month;
c) access to the AI tools described on the sales page;
d) access to a private online community for the 90-day program term;
e) feedback from Anastasia Ushakova and Megha on work you submit inside the community.
2.2 The exact scope is defined by the description on the sales page at the time of your order. The program is delivered in a group format; individual consulting is only included if expressly stated.
2.3 Our content is educational. It is not legal, tax, financial or investment advice.
3. Conclusion of the contract
3.1 The presentation of our programs on our websites is not a binding offer.
3.2 Our checkout is provided by ThriveCart. By clicking the order button on the checkout page, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract. Before submitting, you can review and correct all entries.
3.3 The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or grant you access to the program, whichever occurs first.
3.4 We store the contract text. You will receive the order details and these Terms by email.
4. Prices and payment
4.1 The prices shown at checkout at the time of your order apply. For consumers, prices include statutory VAT where applicable. VAT is applied according to the rules for your location. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT ID may be invoiced under the reverse-charge procedure.
4.2 The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
4.3 If you choose a payment plan, the total price is the sum of all instalments. If an instalment remains unpaid for more than 14 days despite a reminder, we may suspend your access until the outstanding amount has been paid. Your obligation to pay the instalments as agreed remains unaffected.
5. Access and term
5.1 You receive access after successful payment (or payment of the first instalment) by email.
5.2 The program runs for 90 days from the day you receive access. Community access and the Power Hours are provided during this term.
5.3 Access to the curriculum and the AI tools is provided for the period stated on the sales page at the time of purchase. If no period is stated, access is provided for the 90-day program term.
5.4 Your access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login details with third parties is not permitted.
5.5 We aim for high availability of all platforms. Short interruptions due to maintenance or disruptions at third-party providers may occur.
6. Live Power Hours
6.1 Dates and times are announced in the community in advance. Times may be scheduled in US time zones.
6.2 Recordings are provided where technically possible. Missing a live session does not entitle you to a repeat session or a refund.
6.3 We may reschedule a session for important reasons (e.g. illness). A cancelled session will be replaced by a new date.
7. AI tools
7.1 The AI tools are based on third-party AI models. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them.
7.2 We may update, modify or replace the AI tools, provided equivalent functionality is maintained.
7.3 Use is subject to fair use. Automated mass use or use outside your own business is not permitted.
8. Community rules and your obligations
8.1 You agree to treat other members respectfully. Spam, unsolicited sales offers, harassment and illegal content are prohibited.
8.2 You will keep confidential any non-public information shared by other members.
8.3 We may remove content that violates these rules. In case of serious or repeated violations, we may terminate your access for good cause (§ 314 BGB).
9. Intellectual property
9.1 All program content (videos, texts, templates, recordings, tools) is protected by copyright.
9.2 You receive a simple, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for your own business purposes. Templates may be adapted and used in your own business.
9.3 Copying, distributing, reselling or publicly sharing the content, and recording live sessions, is not permitted.
10. No guarantee of results
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your experience, effort, audience, market and implementation. We do not guarantee any specific income or results. Please also read our Earnings Disclaimer.
11. Right of withdrawal for consumers
11.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as set out in our Withdrawal Policy.
11.2 Digital content (curriculum, recordings, AI tools): the right of withdrawal expires when we begin providing access after you have (1) expressly agreed at checkout that we begin before the end of the withdrawal period, (2) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and (3) we have provided you with confirmation of this on a durable medium (e.g. email).
11.3 Services (Power Hours, community feedback): if you requested that we begin providing services during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services provided until your withdrawal.
12. Refunds
12.1 Because of the digital nature of the program and the immediate access you receive, the purchase price for the digital part of the offer is not refunded once access has been granted in accordance with section 11.2.
12.2 Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we do not offer refunds or a money-back guarantee unless this is expressly stated in the offer.
12.3 Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
13. Warranty
The statutory provisions apply. For digital content and digital services, §§ 327 et seq. BGB apply to consumers.
14. Liability
14.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, and where we have given a guarantee.
14.2 In case of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose fulfilment you may regularly rely), limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
14.3 Otherwise, our liability is excluded. These limitations also apply to our representatives and agents.
15. Data protection
Information on how we process personal data is available in our Privacy Policy.
16. Final provisions
16.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you have your habitual residence.
16.2 If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
16.3 Should any provision of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
16.4 We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
